From the moment that you enter this home that sleeps 8, you will feel your stress disappear. The floors are oak; the ceilings are pine with lovely area rugs throughout. The massive living room with a cathedral ceiling has huge windows and mountain views all around. A ceiling-to-floor wood-burning fireplace adds to the warmth and comfort of this home. A flat screen TV is located here with WiFi and a DVD player.
To the left is the pine dining room table that seats 8 or more. Windows are the length of the room and allow extraordinary light all day. As you enter the kitchen, every modern amenity is available to you: granite counter tops, cherry hardwoods, over-sized stainless appliances, 2 wall gas ovens and gas burners. This is a completely stocked gourmet kitchen with thought given to every detail for your convenience. A patio that extends to the right is just outside the kitchen door located here.
The first floor Master Bedroom Suite is located just off the kitchen. It has a Queen bed, large windows and flat screen TV. The bath has granite counter tops, a large window, cherry cabinets, oak floors and an over-sized shower with a seat. The washer and dryer are located in the closet.
The exclusive oak custom spiral staircase takes you to the upper level. This expansive space offers a Second Master Bedroom Suite with King Bed and comfy armchair, built-in closet and drawers, desk area and a private deck. The bath area has double sinks, 2 skylights, a large tile shower with 2 shower heads and seat. Another private deck is located off the bath area.
As you descend the spiral staircase to the lower walk-out level, a Third Master Bedroom Suite awaits you. A King bed, high ceilings, expansive windows all around and a sitting area with a Queen sleeper sofa are located here. A third flat screen TV is in this den /reading area. As you walk outside, wondrous mountain scenes greet you.
The bath area on this level includes double sinks, a jetted Jacuzzi tub/shower, and a large vanity mirror.
Every space of this home has been carefully attended to with antiques, several books and paintings. Whether you relax on the deck to view the Mummy Range, the Lumpy Range, the Stanley Hotel or drive the 6 short minutes to rocky Mountain National Park, this home will provide the ideal, perfect mountain vacation for you, your family and friends.
The peak summer rate will be charged for Friday and Saturday nights in September, Wednesday-Sunday night of the week of Thanksgiving and the night of Christmas Eve through New Years Eve

Hi! I am writing to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at the Giant Track Road house, in spite of the bear visit :-). It was the perfect place for our family reunion. Again we thoroughly enjoyed this gorgeous home and hope to rent it again sometime in the future.
