The open floor plan of this gorgeous home allows the spacious rooms to be bathed in light that pours in from the large windows. Magnificent views of the Rocky Mountains are visible from nearly every window of this truly breathtaking home.
The main living area is decorated with luxurious leather sofas and chairs – perfect to sink into while cozying up next to the gas fireplace. Gaze out the windows to enjoy the wondrous mountain views; or head out the doors to the enormous wrap around deck, complete with an 8 person hot tub, to really appreciate your surroundings.
Whether you’re preparing a meal for a group or just making coffee for a few, the wonderful gourmet kitchen is well equipped for all your needs. Cookware hangs decoratively above the large island which adds to the already ample countertop space and provides additional seating with four bar stools. A built in oven and microwave, counter-top ceramic stove, stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher complete the kitchen amenities.
Drink in the outdoors while dining inside. From the large pine table that comfortably seats eight; your meals will be eaten with the Rocky Mountains as your backdrop.
At the day’s end, retreat to the restful and expansive main floor bedroom. This bedroom is complete with heated tile floors, television and DVD player, an enormous walk-in closet, gas fireplace and access to the deck.
Upstairs, the master bedroom suite awaits you. As you ascend the stairs, catch views of the mountains through every window on your way up. Walk into this bright open bedroom with a spectacular open view of rolling hills and snow capped mountains. Situated in the room is a king bed, keeping you warm and cozy with a gas fireplace along the wall. Enjoy reading a nice book or watching television in the sitting room. Walk into a huge carpeted bathroom with Jet Black Jacuzzi tub, or enjoy a quiet private shower which is wrapped with cubed glass blocks. A private toilet area and huge double sink counter tops allow for his and her separate vanities within the bathroom. A huge, carpeted walk-in closet is lit by automatic lights and includes a built in ironing board and laundry chute.
Newly carpeted stairs will lead you down to the large laundry room with washer/dryer and a laundry sink.
Further down the downstairs hallway, two additional bedrooms are joined by a shared bathroom. One bedroom offers a queen sized bed, the other has twin beds that can be converted to a king sized bed, as well as a sitting area with an additional fireplace – stay in by the fire or head out to the private deck and enjoy the crisp mountain air.
Eagles Landing offers true luxury accommodations in the midst of the most magnificent mountain views in Estes Park. One visit here and you will surely be making plans to make a stay at Eagles Landing in Estes Park an annual escape.
Eagles Landing will rent for two nights during the winter season, November through April. There is a $150 housekeeping added for a two night rental.
The peak summer rate will be charged for all Saturday and Sunday nights in September, Wednesday-Sunday night of the week of Thanksgiving and the night of Christmas Eve through New Years Eve

Thanks for the follow-up email regarding our stay in Estes Park. The Eagles Landing property was outstanding and exceeded our expectations and made for a great Christmas. The location and view was more than we ever could have imagined. The other plus factors were the well equipped kitchen, dining area, deck, fire places, hot tub and huge garage.
Hopefully we'll be back to visit sooner than later.

Over the Thanksgiving Holiday, we stayed in Eagles Landing in the Rockies. This house with fantastic views was most delightful for our family. In addition to the views we enjoyed the large, well-equipped kitchen and the use of the garage.
We would consider renting it again.
