If your desire is to relax in the mountains on your deck and to be 10 feet from the river, then this is your vacation condo. Surrounded by Blue Spruce and Douglas Firs and the sights and sounds of the river, this condo is the perfect location to unwind from the world. Let nature envelop you to renew your spirit.
As you enter from the deck, complete with a gas grill and comfortable wrought-iron furniture, the condo opens to you with cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors and beautiful pine accessories.
The comfortable living room includes a Queen Sofa Bed, Big screen TV, Gas fireplace and cherry dining room table that seats 6. The custom kitchen offers every amenity for your cooking delights. The back-splash is tile and the appointments are Pine. Create every meal that you desire in this custom kitchen. The large, open, first-floor Master Bedroom includes a King Bed, beautiful views, flat screen TV and pine mountain appointments. The first floor bath has pine furnishings, tile floors and a jetted bathtub. The laundry is conveniently located directly across the hall.
The Upper floor is a second Master Bedroom with a Queen bed and a large flat screen TV. The bedroom suite has cathedral ceilings and a ceiling fan. There are breathtaking mountain views from every window. The master bath is private and has pine accessories.
If solitude is what you are looking for, then this is the 6-person escape for you.
The Running River Condo will rent for 2 nights during the winter season, November through April, with an $85 housekeeping fee added to the rental.
The peak summer rate will be charged for all Saturday and Sunday nights in September, Wednesday-Sunday night of the week of Thanksgiving and the night of Christmas Eve through New Years Eve

All in all, we really enjoyed our stay in the Running River condo. The condo is beautifully furnished and maintained. The view was lovely, and we had an incredible stay.
I was diagnosed with cancer at the beginning of December, and started chemo two days before we arrived. The condo and time in Estes Park / Rocky Mountain National Park is just what the family needed. We had a lot of quality family time, enjoyed TV / internet access for when I wasn't up to going out, and loved seeing all of the snow and wildlife. Thank you for making this condo available to us!

What a truly lovely cabin. Everything one could want! We saw elk right up by the bridge and we were able to get a few photos. The view is amazing and what a way to wake up in the morning. We had a wonderful time at your condo unit A. The first night we had a cookout and ate outside by the river. Afterwards we took a short walk and spotted a huge elk which enticed us to drive around the area where we spotted more. Your condo had everything we needed and it was nice to have essentials like: soaps, paper towels, and trash bags provided. We can't wait to return
