NEW ADDITION AND MAJOR RENOVATION!! An additional 500 square feet of living space, vaulted ceilings and a new master suite were completed in early 2012.

This scenic, mountain home, with breathtaking views of the Continental Divide, uniquely features three bedrooms with private baths. Privacy, seclusion and abundant wildlife are highlights of the 2.6 acre, wooded property that is conveniently located less than 2 miles from town. The home sleeps 10 and all furnishing are new in 2011 and 2012.

The bright, spacious main level of this home has an open floor plan, new vaulted ceilings, a new gas fireplace and a new TV/sitting room addition. As you enter, the splendor of the Continental Divide from Long's Peak to the Mummy Range are in full view. The centerpiece of the living room is the new stone fireplace. The room is tastefully furnished with a handsome sectional sofa, a leather recliner and a Persian rug that covers the rich oak floors. A new, expansive deck with addirondack and rocking chairs is accessed from the living room. A charming guest powder room is located off the living room as is a new laundry/mudroom addition.

The kitchen has had some minor remodeling, has an island and is completely equipped with everything you need to create scrumptious meals you can enjoy inside or out. The elegant, oak dining room table seats eight. A second deck, adjacent to the kitchen and dining room, is equipped with a gas grill, buffet counter, and dining table for eight.

The new addition on the main level opens off of the dining room. This bright and cozy TV room has vaulted ceilings, gorgeous mountain views and a big screen TV and blue-ray disk player. Wi-Fi is also provided.

The Master bedroom on this level has lovely, rich furnishings, a king bed, oak and leather furniture, white carpet and floor to ceiling windows from which to enjoy amazing views. The custom, private bath adjoining the bedroom has a mirrored vanity area, walk in closet, double sinks, and a soaker tub with shower.

The new Bedroom Addition is located on the lower walkout level. It has elegant furnishings, warm browns and bronze decor, queen-sized bed, and breathtaking mountain views. The lovely, new en suite bath has double sinks and a custom tiled shower. A separate sitting room/TV room has a queen sofa bed, HD TV and double wide pocket doors that close this room off from the rest of the lower level, providing privacy and a fourth bedroom.

The Third Bedroom is also located on this lower level. It has 2 twin beds, cherry furniture, a love seat and a large window with views of Ponderosa Pine, Douglas Firs and Cedars. We also want to thank you for allowing us to access the house early. It really helps not having to hanging around waiting to check in after driving all night with young children.

The Secluded Rocky Mtn. Home that we rented was great for our family needs. We loved the location off Devils Gulch Rd. and the view of the Mountians was perfect. All the rooms were well appointed and well decorated. This is the first year that we have rented a home that had ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. Great addition.

It was a great vacation, the house was perfect for our needs and we will rent again next year. And thanks for the great weather. We live in St.Louis and the weather here was 100 plus, so we missed the heat.

We were incredibly pleased with the house we rented in Estes Park. The furnishings are all lovely/ new, the kitchen is very well equipped, and it was a terrific experience. Also, the house was extremely clean. We very much appreciated not having to buy dish soap, paper products, and laundry soap while we were there.

We would definitely rent this home again, and will recommend it to othes we know. Thank you so much for helping make our week in Estes Parkl fantastic.

Place was beautiful. The wildlife was fantastic, elk, mtn. lion and bear plus more. Everything worked great in the house. Would definitely stay again. Beautiful\ views, off the great deck. We would recommend the property to others. Try Clair's for beakfast, great eggs benedict. Dunnraven for dinner, steak with roasted garlic & blue cheese or the scampi. We would come back just for the food here. Try this place, you like it. Quiet, secluded place, that's close to town.
