Breathtaking views of the Big Thompson River and snow-capped Long’s Peak greet you as you enter this beautiful mountain home. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer panoramic views from your couch and rocking chair. Open a window or step onto the cedar deck for a symphony of water sounds from the river rushing by just steps away. Relax in soothing patio gliders as you grill your fresh-caught fish on the gas barbeque. At night, enjoy the sight of an incredible blanket of stars as you toast your toes in front of the family room’s gas fireplace made of rugged stone.
The fully equipped, gourmet kitchen, highlighted by granite counter tops, tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances, makes preparing meals a treat. Gather for tasty feasts with family and friends around the wooden dining table with upholstered seating for six. (There’s room for two more at the breakfast bar.) Your meals will be enhanced by delicious views of the river and Rocky foothills.
At day’s end, a large master bedroom on the first floor awaits you. Wake up in your king-sized bed to a stunning river and mountain scene. It might even include deer and Elk out for a morning stroll. A walk-in closet provides ample space for all your belongings. The master bath is very nicely appointed with tile floor, counter top, and walk-in shower. Completing the first level are a half bath, a closet with washer and dryer, and a two-car garage.
Walking upstairs to the second floor, you’ll find that the gorgeous views continue into the loft sitting area, which holds a comfy queen-sized sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space, and a second TV. This level also boasts two spacious bedrooms with king-sized beds. The lovely tiled bathroom with enclosed shower and tub invites you to soak in a warm bubble bath after an active day.
You’re only a couple of miles from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Let this spectacular home be your base for an exciting mountain adventure or a tranquil mountain retreat.

We loved the condo. The views were spectacular. I knew that the river was behind it, but I didn't realize that it would be right there in your backyard with the great views of the mountains. The inside of the cabin was flawless. The kitchen was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and with the sounds of the river (we had the windows open at night). I think that I slept better than in my own bed. It was nice that there was 3 king rooms, so no one had to fight over which room was better. They all were great. We had a great time and are thinking about coming up and staying again there this next summer.
