A large main floor bedroom adjacent to the family area is furnished with a desk, 2 queen-size beds, and private full bath with double sink marble vanity, tile floor, tub/shower combo, and large walk-in closet which will provide enough space for 4 people to relax at the end of a busy day exploring and hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park.
The gourmet kitchen offers all modern stainless steel appliances including a convection oven, glass top stove, built-in vented microwave, large capacity side-by-side refrigerator with filtered water, ice dispenser and dishwasher. Granite tile counter tops with full granite back splash, an island/bar with granite tile, and sky lights complete this luxury kitchen. The dining area which is open to the kitchen and living/family area seats 4 plus there are 2 bar stools close by which will seat a total of 6 people.
Completing the first floor is a laundry room and half bath all for the convenience of each guest.

In the upper level, you will find a luxurious Master Suite with a fabulous 3 sided gas fireplace, rustic King bed, coffee/wet bar which includes a microwave, small sink,and a bistro table for 2, a sitting area with comfy cushioned chair to sit and relax with a good book, full bath with double marble vanity, exercise room, large walk-in closet and private deck with hot tub. One more bedroom on this level offers a beautiful rustic King bed, full bath with marble vanity, tub/shower combo, walk-in closet and private deck with a view of Twin Sisters off to the right. This home will accommodate 14 people as there are "2" comfortable high-end blow-ups for 4 more people.

This elegant vacation rental can be found in a desirable private and quiet cul-de-sac located just a short walk to the Estes Park 18 hole golf course. This vacation rental will comfortably sleep 8 people. Come, relax, and enjoy the views of the surrounding mountains and the six person private hot tub in the enclosed back yard.

For a 3 night stay, an $85 housekeeping surcharge will be added to your total booking.

We had an absolute perfect vacation in part due to the wonderful accommodations. We couldn't have been more comfortable. All the beds were excellent. We were entertaining some friends from Denver sitting on the patio when an elk with a large rack came down the hill close to where we were eating.
