As you enter this lovely custom-designed 3-bedroom, 2 bath home that sleeps 6, the salty ocean air and tropical breezes make it impossible not to relax. This home has cathedral ceilings, airy sun-filled rooms and pristine views to the private dock along the salt-water canal that just beckons you to fish from it.
The unique window dressings blend with the soft summer décor of the home.
Six guests can comfortably sit around the dining table on beautiful, matching upholstered chairs. The dining room flows into the fully furnished kitchen that includes granite countertops and a breakfast bar.
There are 7 ceiling fans throughout the home to keep things cool and comfortable, or you can use the Central A/C on especially warm days.
Glass doors open up to the Sunroom, which includes a TV with DVD player and a breakfast table for 4 with a convenient pass-through opening from the kitchen.
This table also serves as a game table.
When you enter the integrated Sunroom, the views of the water and the private dock envelop you. Enjoy the comfy indoor couches or sit outside on either the upper or lower patios adjacent to the dock.
The gas grill and patio furniture coax you to unwind and enjoy the balmy weather.

At the end of the day, relax in the Master bedroom suite, which includes a full sized bed, custom comforter with matching window dressings and accessories. Take a few steps through the sliding glass doors into the Sunroom to enjoy the indoor, in-ground Jacuzzi hot tub. The elegant Master bath provides both a shower and separate tub, and lovely matching décor. The laundry room is located next to the Master bedroom.

On the opposite side of the house are the two guest bedrooms. The large first bedroom features a full bed complimented by the end tables, dresser and large closet. Soothing pastel furnishings bring the colors of the beach right into your room.
The second guest bedroom has a Queen sleeper-sofa, desk, closet, ceiling fan and custom décor. A second bath is located between the 2 bedrooms.


Feel free to rent a boat and keep it here on the private dock. Travel via the canal to many fine restaurants and shops at the end of the waterway or take a 30 minute boat ride out to the Gulf! If you’re a land lover, take a drive to the beach, which is less than 10 minutes away at the Cape Coral Yacht Club! Fort Myers beach, Fort Myers and Sanibel Island are not far either.
