This is a brand new spectacular three bedroom home surrounded by gorgeous, snow-capped peaks and plenty of blue skies and bright stars overlooking Marys Lake.
It will comfortably sleep ten. This home is instantly relaxing and the ultimate in luxury mountain vacationing! It is located just 3 miles from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and 3 miles from downtown Estes Park. This home is equipped with exquisite furnishings, appointments, and appliances.
This luxurious home features a deck containing a secluded hot tub and a gourmet gas grill. Enjoy the gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and a stone fireplace. The home is designed with two-floor living with a family and living room on each level. The family room and living room each have a queen-size sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a king-size bed. The second and third bedrooms each have queen-size beds. Enjoy watching elk, deer and other wildlife while relaxing on your deck.
Nearby is Marys Lake Lodge which offers two separate dining experiences including the Tavern where you will enjoy live music along with great food in a casual atmosphere and the more formal Chalet for your dining pleasure. The Escape Spa and Salon offers a complete salon experience to rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit.
**This home can be rented with the neighboring Bear Haus in Estes Park home to accommodate up to 20 people**
The Escape home will rent for 2 nights during the winter season, November through April, with a $140 housekeeping fee added to your rental.
The peak summer rate will be charged for all Saturday and Sunday nights in September, Wednesday-Sunday night of the week of Thanksgiving and the night of Christmas Eve through New Years Eve

We had such an awesome time! 3 families with 4 kids total under 8 and we were not on top of eachother. When we arrived, we felt the fridge wasn't working properly, called and someone was there within 10 minutes to look at (it was fine by the way). Hot tub was the big hit and also having a tv on each floor was great! Highly recommend this property and going to Estess Park for vacation!

The house was absolutely wonderful-everything was true to the pictures. We had agreat view from the deck-saw alot of elk and deer. Close enough to Mary Lake where we walked every day to fish. We had an awesome time and will definitely come back again!!
