Some of the features of this lovely Lake Estes rental home on the main level include a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, large dining room with a hardwood table that will seat 8, comfortable living room with leather furniture, wood burning fireplace, hardwood floors, full bath with tub/shower combo, covered patio with gas grill & picnic table, sun room, and central heat.
The spacious master bedroom on the main level has a King bed with an impressive view of Lake Estes & the mountains. There's also an alcove in the master bedroom with a day bed and a trundle bed that sleeps another 2 people if needed. On the upper level you'll find two bedrooms (Queen Beds), a full bath with shower, and a fully equipped office with printer and free wireless internet. In the spacious lower level you will find a large bedroom with two twin beds and a full bath with shower. The laundry room with washer and dryer is at this level as well.
This newly remodeled home is roomy enough for 4-8 people. The sun room is the perfect place for morning coffee as you enjoy the breathtaking views. It is just a short walk to downtown, Stanley Park, Lake Estes Swimming Pool, and the Estes Park museum. Only a couple of miles from Rocky Mountain National Park, this unique property offers luxury, convenience & views. Have your camera ready for the many elk that frequently pass through the yard on their way to Lake Estes.
The Lake View home will rent for 2 nights during the winter season, November through April, with a $130 housekeeping fee added to the rental.
The peak summer rate will be charged for all Saturday and Sunday nights in September, Wednesday-Sunday night of the week of Thanksgiving and the night of Christmas Eve through New Years Eve

We had an amazing time in Estes Park. The Running River Condo was the perfect location for all we wanted to do. Very centrally located. We loved the river setting, and the condo was beyond our expectations.

We are still on our Rockie Mountain High!!! We had wonderul weather, many elk sighting opportunities and prime viewing for the lovely aspens!
The house was perfect for our group of 5..... loved the location and plenty of parking. It was nice to have indoor and outdoor dining options.
It was nice to have the option of walking to the downtown area and walking to the lake to fish or view the elk.
Loved having the crock pot and we had all the kitchen items we needed.
The bedding was nice and the linens were clean. The towels were very nice and fluffy. we loved the convenient location of this home and would definitely consider it for our next stay in the area.

We had a marvelous time at your home. We loved the way the rooms were apart from one another. The sunroom was a super space. We loved sitting in the outdoor eating areas with the nice breezes, however we never ate a meal out there. We ate in the large dining area. The kitchen is magnificent! Greatly stocked w/ pots/pans and other needs. We didn't use the grill, but were glad it was there if we had decided to do so. Every room was painted/decorated WONDERFULLY. Seriously, I would love to know the paint colors used throughout. The Master bedroom colors and the living/diningroom colors were especially perfect! Next time we will stay longer!!! I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Estes Park. Thanks for EVERYTHING! We loved it and will recommend to our Texas friends
