It comfortably sleeps 8 with room to spare. Relax in the living room decorated with attractive mountain decor in front of the remote controlled gas log stone fireplace while watching satellite on the new HD LCD flat screen, or listening to music utilizing the ipod docking station. Enjoy the view of Longs Peak from a brand new (spring 2012) custom deck with a gas Weber grill.
The upper level dining room has views of serene vistas and abundant wildlife from every window. The dining table with carved chairs seats 8. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your culinary creations. A charming children's lofted play area is also located on this level.
The middle level of this home includes the Master Bedroom Suite with a King bed, writing nook, large walk-in closet, satellite HD flat screen TV, private bath and separate private deck overlooking the mountains. This level also includes a 2nd bedroom with a Queen bed decorated in an outdoor theme and a 3rd bedroom with a Twin bed that opens to a trundle bed or can become a King bed. A guest bath with a tub/shower is included on this level.
The walkout lower level offers a family room with a game table, Queen sleeper sofa, satellite HD flat screen TV with DVD/Sub-woofer Stereo. This spacious but cozy area includes a wood burning stove for your comfort on chilly evenings. Walk out onto the 3rd deck to catch a glimpse of nearby grazing deer and elk. A second full guest bath, extra refrigerator, and a fully equipped laundry room (front loading full size washer and dryer) is located on the lower level.

Everything in the house we rented was exceptional. It exceeded our expectations!!! It was the perfect, most comfortable house to come back to after hiking, river rafting, shopping.
