Description:
Do you long for the sounds of a rambling river to lull you into tranquility? Then this Estes Park rental is just what the "doctor" ordered for a relaxing experience that will create memories to last a lifetime.
As you enter this condo, your eyes will be captured by the 20 ft. floor to ceiling views that will take your breath away. Upon looking closer, you will be amazed at how all the windows from every angle on the first floor bring the mountain beauty of the outside inside. Solid oak wood floors add warmth and coziness along with the paneled wood doors found throughout the condo. From the patio off the family room, your mind will be soothed by the sounds of the Big Thompson River. Fishing in the Big Thompson River is only 15 ft. off this deck that has comfortable patio furniture.
Inside, the gourmet kitchen has rough-hewn granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. A breakfast bar has room for 2. A tile backsplash compliments the kitchen decor. Eating at the wood table in the dining area that comfortably seats six will be a relaxing experience as the floor to ceiling windows draw in the outside view of the river and the rocky foothills surrounding this condo.
The family room will beckon you to come and sit in the leather sofa or chair where you can relax in front of the stone gas fireplace. A large flat-screen TV is available for your enjoyment.
At the day's end, a large master bedroom on the first floor awaits you with a King bed and a calming view of the river and mountains. The walk-in closet provides space for all your belongings. Walking into the master bath, you will be impressed as you notice the tile floors and counter tops with walk-in shower.
Completing the first floor is a half bath and a room with a washer and dryer.
As you walk upstairs, you will notice that the view continues into the loft sitting area where a person can relax or read a good book.
Behind you is another bedroom with a queen bed that has a relaxing view of the surrounding foothills. Bedroom #3 has a beautiful wooden queen bed with additional views of the river and mountains. A slate tiled bath with glass enclosed shower and tub completes the remainder of the second floor.
Come vacation in peace and quiet. Drink in the ambiance.
It's just waiting for you and just 5 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park!!

Thanks for asking....We had an absolutely perfect weekend @Tranquility #4..What a beautiful townhouse!!!---it has everything you would want or need
The location is spectacularly gorgeous and we had such fun on the deck watching the stream and the plentiful wildlife---in addition to several elk and a couple of coyotes, one evening we even saw a black bear---it was on the other side of the stream, over by the coral, making the horses very nervous. Eventually the cowboys chased him back up the mountain---this was our first bear sighting in all the years we've been going to Estes...what a treat!!..
Please thank the owners for allowing us to share their beautiful home and thank you for making the arrangements. We can't to come back for a visit next year....

I honestly have no recommendations for improvement. Tranquility on the River Four was exactly what we hoped it would be. Location and setting were fantastic. I truly appreciated the ameneties available: laundry detergent, plenty of cookware, air mattress, extra pillows, etc. We had an awesome vacation!!
Thanks!

We thoroughly enjoyed the location and the condo itself. The proximity to the river was amazing. We liked that it was slightly away from the hustle of town too. It was great!
