As you enter this condo, your eyes will be captured by the 20 ft. floor to ceiling views that will take your breath away. Upon looking closer, you will be amazed at how all the windows from every angle on the first floor bring the mountain beauty of the outside inside. Solid oak wood floors add warmth and coziness along with the paneled wood doors found throughout the condo. From the patio off the family room, your mind will be soothed by the sounds of the Big Thompson River and the view of Longs Peak and the Front Range. Fishing in the Big Thompson River is only 15 ft. off this deck that also has a gas grill with comfortable patio furniture.
Inside, the gourmet kitchen has rough hewn granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances. A breakfast bar has room for 2. A tile backsplash compliments the kitchen decor. Eating at the wood table in the dining area that comfortably seats six will be a relaxing experience as the floor to ceiling windows draw in the outside view of the river and the rocky foothills surrounding this condo.
The family room will beckon you to come and sit in the leather sofa or chair where you can relax in front of the stone gas fireplace. A large flat-screen TV is available for your enjoyment.
At the day's end, a large master bedroom on the first floor awaits you with a King bed and a calming view of the river and mountains. The walk-in closet provides space for all your belongings. Walking into the master bath, you will be impressed as you notice the tile floors and counter tops with walk-in shower.
Completing the first floor is a half bath and a room with a washer and dryer.
As you walk upstairs, you will notice that the view continues into the sitting area where a pool table awaits those who enjoy the challenge of a good pool game.
Behind you is another bedroom with a queen bed that has a relaxing view of the surrounding foothills. Bedroom #3 has a beautiful wooden queen sleigh bed with additional views of the river and mountains. Included in this upper level is a blow-up bed where two guests can comfortably sleep. A slate tiled bath with glass enclosed shower and tub completes the remainder of the second floor.

>more. The beds were especially comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the view captivated us throughout our stay. The wind was blowing so hard and yet the windows were so well insulated, we didn't feel any chill.

Fabulous location, #3 is right on the river and our fly fishermen loved it. Saw elk cross the river, babies filing in behind mommies, lovely. Heard bugling at 3 AM.
Place was comfortable and welcoming, the pool table was a bonus, beds were fabulous as were the pillows, the WiFi connection a huge plus, and the land line phone too as our cell phones (Verizon) did not have service and since my husband and I were running late due to the heavy rains we were able to reach our friends on the land line so they knew not to wait on us for dinner - cell phones are great but awful when they don't work. Hearing the river run was glorious music, loved the BBQ (which we used) and outdoor patio.
We'll be back.

A wonderful rental, comfortable, great location next to the river, nice easy furnishings; ease of entry especially for 2 elderly people and preteen grandchildren. The absolute highlight was having 2 bear cubs visit one evening!

After researching different homes to rent, we are couldn't be happier that we choose this home. The beds were the best beds we've ever slept on, the bedding was warm and very high quality. Waking up every morning to the view was breathtaking. We saw a family of elk out front and a mama deer with her fawn on the side lawn who wandered over to the deck before scampering off. Great weather, great place for our family vacation. Everyone had a great time. We really enjoyed the pool table too. It was more than we could have asked for. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great vacation spot.

Thank you so much for your note. We had a very lovely stay at Tranquility and enjoyed the beauty of Estes Park and RMNP. Being right on the river was just perfect for us. I loved being able to open windows at night and hear the water. Very relaxing. We had a nice combination of active days and downtime. It was just a wonderful vacation experience. We left a note for the owners in the book they provided.
Tranquility on the River is a beautiful place, fully equipped. It was evident that the owners put some thought into what was needed. Thanks again for a great experience.

Our stay was fantastic. The duplex exceeded our expectations. We could not believe how well equipped and tastefully decorated it was. We had 3 couples sharing it and we all decided that it was a perfect setup. We even thought we might copy the design someday for a house of our own. We had five other couples staying at the Swift Current Lodge and needless to say, they were very jealous.
